Cows together in a field are the very picture of comfortable companionship. 

 

They eat together, they stand around together and in the afternoon they wisely find a shady place under the same tree to lie down together.  They seldom argue, never lie, cheat or steal from each other.  They reserve their tongues for the salt block and never hold their fellow bovines up for either scorn or contempt.   

 

People should learn by their example and aspire to such communial conviviality.
